So make yourself eat healthy foods, like fruit, vegetables and whole grains, because they are low-calorie, which means that by exercising you will start burning that extra fat. And don’t think for a minute that healthy foods have no taste or nutritional value, because they do.
You don’t have to make big changes if you want to lose weight in a week, a 500 calorie decrease per day will do, because it will make you shed a pound of fat a week. It may not seem like much, but by losing such a small amount, you will increase your chances of never gaining it back. Or, as they say, slow and steady wins the race. By adding at least 45 minutes of walking on a daily basis you will lose weight much faster.
What I have coming up now are a few ideas for that 7-day weight loss. Start by buying boneless, skinless chicken breasts and a bag of protein powder. You can than have your breakfasts in the form of a protein shake with fruit. For the rest of the day have chicken breasts with vegetables like spinach, Brussels sprouts and broccoli on the side. However, there are a few things you need to stay clear of, stuff like garlic, salt, butter, no-salt seasoning mixes and herbs.
I know that you will find all of this difficult to accomplish because of your busy lifestyle, but if you want to look and feel better, you must do all of this, there’s no easy way to weight loss, especially in a week.
Perhaps the most important part of all is that you must not follow this diet for more than a week, because if you do, it might damage your health and nothing’s worth risking that. If you want to accomplish what you set out to do over this 7-day period, you must count calories, I know it will be time-consuming, but it has to be done and you must also keep a healthy eating habit.
You must also keep all of this in balance with your weight and activity level.
