First off, YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT! YOU CAN DO IT! The only thing you need to know is HOW to do it. And of course, you need a little will to do so. This is what you want right? You want to lose weight! Healthy. Don’t give up, I’m here to help you and I’m sure you can win this battle!

I was a very fat guy since childhood. Actually, in adolescence I was obese. OBESE! Do you know what I mean right? I’m sure you know the most important diseases that come with obesity: type 2 diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, liver, lung, and musculoskeletal complications.

I wasn’t feeling good in my skin. I was the target of all bad jokes just because I looked horrible. I looked like a melon, a very big melon. I couldn’t wear what I wanted, I couldn’t go to the beach or pool, I couldn’t do a lot of thing I wanted to do. I hated to move my ass to exercise or play a simple basketball game.
